mit Schreiben vom 31. Oktober 2007 Folgendes mitgeteilt:

'We hereby give notice that on 25th October 2007 the voting interest held

by Artemis Investment Management Limited, Edinburgh, UK, in Bilfinger

Berger AG was 1,808,598 shares and exceeded the threshold of 3% and

amounted to 4.86%.

These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Artemis

Investment Management Limited according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6

WpHG.'
