FMR LLC, 82, Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, hat uns am
31.10.2007 folgendes mitgeteilt:
We previously notified you on 28th August 2007 that FMR Corp. had crossed
over the 5% treshold with respect to HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft.
As a result of an internal merger reorganisation effective from 1st
October, 2007, FMR LLC. (a Delaware limited liability company with its
principal place of business at 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts)
became the successor entity to FMR Corp. and has assumed all its rights and
obligations.
We therefore notify you that on 1st October, 2007, FMR LLC held 6.71% of
the voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft and therefore exceeded the
threshold of 5%. All of the voting rights of FMR LLC are attributed to it
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the German
Securities Trade Act.
Moreover, of the above shareholding attributed to FMR LLC, FMR Co. held
5.97% of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft and therefore
exceeded the threshold of 5%. All of the voting rights of FMR Co. are
attributed to it pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the German
Securities Trade Act.
