FMR LLC, 82, Devonshire Street; Boston, Massachusetts, USA, hat uns am
01.11.2007 folgende Korrekturmitteilung zu der Stimmrechtsmitteilung vom
31.10.2007 zugesandt:
As a result of an internal merger reorganisation effective from 1st
October, 2007, FMR LLC. (a Delaware limited liability company with its
principal place of business at 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts)
became the successor entity to FMR Corp. and has assumed all its rights and
obligations.
We therefore notify you that on 1st October, 2007, FMR LLC held 6.71% of
the voting rights (voting rights arising of 4,697,747 shares in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft) and therefore exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5%. All
of the voting rights of FMR LLC are attributed to it pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the German Securities Trade Act.
