Uns wurde nach § 21 Abs.1a WpHG Folgendes mitgeteilt:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1a of the WpHG, that on 24
May 2007 the voting interest of Fidelity International Limited, Hamilton,
Bermuda, in SFC Smart Fuel Cell AG, Eugen-Sänger-Ring 4, 85649 Brunnthal,
Germany, amounted to 4.46% (this corresponds to 311,368 voting rights).
4.46% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 311,368 voting rights) are
attributable to Fidelity International Limited in accordance with sec. 22
para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Weiterhin wurde uns nach §§ 21 Abs. 1, 22 Abs. 1 WpHG Folgendes mitgeteilt:
Hiermit teilen wir Ihnen im Auftrag und in Vollmacht der Fidelity
International Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda gemäß § 21 (1) WpHG mit, dass der
Stimmrechtsanteil der Fidelity International Limited an der SFC Smart Fuel
Cell AG, Eugen-Sänger-Ring 4, 85649 Brunnthal, Deutschland, am 8. Juni 2007
die Schwelle von 5% überschritten hat und nun 5,18% (368.026 Anteile)
beträgt. Die Stimmrechte werden der Fidelity International Limited gemäß §
22 (1) 1 Nr. 6 WpHG zugerechnet.
