Die HBOS plc. mit Sitz in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, hat unserer
Gesellschaft am 23. August 2007 folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
In the name and on behalf of our subsidiary, CMI Asset Management
(Luxembourg) SA, Luxembourg, we hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG, that on 9 May 2007 our voting interest in Pfleiderer AG,
Ingolstädter Straße 51, 92318 Neumarkt, exceeded the 3 % threshold and
amounted to 3,050 % of the voting rights (i.e. 1,635,665 shares with voting
rights).
All of these 3.050 % (i.e. 1,635,665 shares with voting rights) were
attributable to CMI Asset Management (Luxembourg) SA according to
Sec. 22 para. 1 sent 1. no. 6 WpHG.
