In Ergänzung zu unserer Veröffentlichung vom 21. März 2007 der Mitteilung
von Gordon Group Investments LLC (ehemals Gordon Group Holdings LLC) nach
§41 Abs.4a, Satz 1 WpHG vom 20. März 2007, geben wir heute bekannt, dass
die Gordon Group Investments LLC (ehemals Gordon Group Holdings LLC) uns am
20. März 2007 folgendes mitgeteilt hat:
'On behalf of myself and the Gordon Group Investments LLC, Atlantic City,
USA (the latter formerly notified as Gordon Group Holdings LLC), I hereby
notify BKN International AG, Im Mediapark 8, 50670 Köln, pursuant to
§41(4a)1WpHG of the following:
1. The interest in the voting rights held by Gordon Group Investments LLC,
New Jersey, USA, in your company, BKN International AG, amounted to 20.05%
(3,150,722 voting rights) on 20 January 2007.
2. The interest in the voting rights held by Sheldon M. Gordon, USA, in
your company, BKN International AG, amounted to 20.05% (3,150,722 voting
rights) on 20 January 2007. Therefrom 20.05% (3,150,722 voting rights) are
attributed to Sheldon M. Gordon pursuant to §22(1)1 no. 1 WpHG.
Of the following shareholders whose interest in the voting rights of BKN
International AG amounts to 3% or more in each case, are attributed to
Sheldon M. Gordon:
Gordon Group Investments LLC, New Jersey, USA.
Interests in voting rights are attributed to Sheldon M. Gordon via the
following entities whose interest in the voting rights of BKN International
AG amounts to 3% or more in each case, and which are controlled by Sheldon
M. Gordon:
Gordon Group Investments LLC, New Jersey, USA.'
Zudem hat Sheldon M Gordon, Atlantic City, USA, nach §21 Abs1 WpHG uns am
15. Oktober 2007 folgendes mitgeteilt:
'I, Sheldon M. Gordon, Atlantic City, USA, hereby give notice pursuant to
§21 para.1 of the WpHG that on 8 July 2003 my voting interest in BKN
International AG, Cologne, Im Mediapark 8, 50670 Cologne, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 5% and amounted to 8.78% (this equals to 817,300 voting
rights) on this day.
8.78% (this equals to 817,300 voting rights) of these voting rights are
attributable to me pursuant to §22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
Furthermore, I, Sheldon M. Gordon, Atlantic City, USA, hereby give notice
pursuant to §21 para.1 of the WpHG that on 7 August 2003 my voting interest
in BKN International AG, Cologne, Im Mediapark 8, 50670 Cologne, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 10% and amounted to 11.72% (this is equal to
1,090,610 voting rights) on this day.
11.72% (this is equal to 1,090,610 voting rights) of these voting rights
are attributable to me pursuant to §22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.'
