Interest in: Mensch und Maschine Software, located at Argelsrieder Feld 5,
82234 Wessling, Germany.
We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 5th
November 2007 the voting interest held by Ratio Asset Management LLP in
Mensch und Maschine Software (located at Argelsrieder Feld 5, 82234
Wessling, Germany) exceeded the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 3.86%
(actual percentage of voting rights immediately after passing the
threshold). 500,000 of the voting shares (3.86%) are attributable to us in
accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG.
