Gebäude 197, 51063 Köln on 7 December 2007. His voting portion now amounts
to 76.36%. This corresponds to 7,174,150 votes.
This portion comprises 76.36% voting rights (corresponding to 7,174,150
voting rights) of USCF Holding GmbH, USCF Investment B.V., Begro Beheer
B.V., Becom Management B.V., TDM Holdings N.V., TDM International B.V.,
TDMI Duitsland Holding B.V., NDO Services B.V. and arxes group GmbH. All of
the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Mr. Linde pursuant to
section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are held directly by arxes group
