Madrid, Spanien, hat uns am 25. April 2007 gemäß § 25 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WpHG

folgendes mitgeteilt:

On 19 April 2007, Cariátide directly held a financial instrument that

grants the right to acquire shares in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,

Opernplatz 2, D-45128 Essen, which carry 25.08% of the voting rights

(17,554,000 voting rights). Had Cariátide acquired these shares, Cariátide

would therefore have exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%

of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft. With exercising the

financial instrument on 24 April 2007 the amount of voting rights

acquirable with the financial instrument by Cariátide fell below the

thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% of and amounted to 0%.
