Veröffentlichung gemäß § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG
Die Gartmore Investment Management Ltd. of Gartmore House, London,
Großbritannien, hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 14. Mai 2007 -
eingegangen am 15. Mai 2007 - folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WphG
gemacht:
'We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
13/02/2007 our voting interest in Rheinmetall AG fell below the threshold
of 3 % and on that day amounted to 2.681 % (equivalent to 965,334 shares).
2.681 % ot the voting rights (equivalent to 965,334 shares) are
attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and 22
para. 1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.'
