folgendes mitgeteilt:

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on

04/05/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the

threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 3.044 % (equivalent to

2,130,787 shares).

3.044 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,130,787 shares) are

attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the

WpHG.

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on

10/05/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft fell below

the threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 1.66 % (equivalent to

1,161,871 shares).

1.66 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 1,161,871 shares) are

attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the

WpHG.

London EC3M 4PB, Großbritannien, hat uns am 15. Mai 2007 gemäß § 21 Abs. 1

WpHG folgendes mitgeteilt:

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on

04/05/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the

threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 3.044 % (equivalent to

2,130,787 shares).

3.044 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,130,787 shares) are

attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and 22

para. 1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on

10/05/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft fell below

the threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 1.66 % (equivalent to

1,161,871 shares).

1.66 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 1,161,871 shares) are

attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and 22

para. 1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.
