Veröffentlichung gemäß § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG
Die JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom
7. Juni 2007, erhalten 8. Juni 2007, folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1
WpHG gemacht:
According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that JPMorgan Chase &
Co., has exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting right of Rheinmetall
AG, Rheinmetall Allee 1, 40476 Düsseldorf, on the 4th June 2007 and now
amounts to 3,04 % (1.095.141 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares. The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan
Chase & Co. according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 and 6 in conjunction
with sentence 2 WpHG.
