We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
18/06/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft went above
the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.074% (equivalent to
2,151,812 shares). 3.074% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,151,812
shares) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. no.
6 of the WpHG.
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
21/06/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft went below
the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.982% (equivalent to
2,087,521 shares). 2.982% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,087,521
shares) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. no.
6 of the WpHG.
