Die SOLON AG für Solartechnik hat am 28. August 2007 von David Gelbaum und
Monica Chavez Gelbaum, USA, als Gesamthandsgemeinschaft folgende Mitteilung
nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG erhalten:
According to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG we inform you as trustees of The Quercus
Trust that on February 6, 2007 our share of voting rights in Solon AG für
Solartechnik, Ederstraße 16, D-12059 Berlin (ISIN DE 0007471195), went
beyond the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 3,23 %. As of such date we held
301.957 shares and therefore voting rights in the company.
