Gesellschaft am 15. Mai 2007 folgende Mitteilung gemacht:

We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on

21/03/2007 our voting interest in Pfleiderer AG exceeded the threshold of

3% and on that day amounted to 3.15% (equivalent to 1,679,608 shares).

3.15% of the voting rights (equivalent to 1,679,608 shares) are

attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the

WpHG.

Gartmore Investment Management Ltd mit Sitz in London, United Kingdom, hat

unserer Gesellschaft am 15. Mai 2007 folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
