Im Namen und in Vollmacht der nachfolgend in Ziffer 1 bis 3 genannten
Gesellschaften und genannten Person wurde uns am 21. Mai 2007 folgendes
mitgeteilt:
1. The share of the voting rights of Rasperia Trading Ltd., Renatou
Kartesiou 4, Agios Athanasios, P.C. 4105, Limassol, Cyprus, in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft on May 17, 2007 exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 %.
As of this date, the share of the voting rights of Rasperia Trading Ltd.
amounted to 7.20 % (voting rights related to 5,040,000 no-par value common
shares; HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft has issued no-par value common shares
only). As of May 18, 2007, the share of the voting rights of Rasperia
Trading Ltd. amounted to 9.99 % (voting rights related to 6,993,000 no-par
value common shares).
2. The share of the voting rights of Valtoura Holdings Ltd., Stratigou
Spyrou Stathopoulou 6A, P.C. 3066, Limassol, Cyprus, in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft on May 17, 2007 exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 %.
As of this date, the share of the voting rights of Valtoura Holdings Ltd.
amounted to 7.20 % (voting rights related to 5,040,000 no-par value common
shares). As of May 18, 2007, the share of the voting rights of Valtoura
Holdings Ltd. amounted to 9.99 % (voting rights related to 6,993,000 no-par
value common shares). All such voting rights were directly held by Rasperia
Trading Ltd. and attributable to Valtoura Holdings Ltd. (which controls
Rasperia Trading Ltd.) in accordance with Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.
3. The share of the voting rights of Mr. Oleg V. Deripaska, Russia, in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft on May 17, 2007 exceeded the thresholds of 3 %
and 5 %. As of this date, the share of the voting rights of Mr. Deripaska
amounted to 7.20 % (voting rights related to 5,040,000 no-par value common
shares). As of May 18, 2007, the share of the voting rights of Mr.
Deripaska amounted to 9.99 % (voting rights related to 6,993,000 no-par
value common shares). All such voting rights were directly held by Rasperia
Trading Ltd. and attributable to Mr. Deripaska via Valtoura Holdings Ltd.
(which is controlled by Mr. Deripaska) in accordance with Section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
