Notifications in accordance with §§ 21, 22 WpHG / Kunert AG
We have been notified
a. that on September 20, 2007, ECO Master Fund, Ltd., address: 320 Park
Avenue, New York, NY 10022, USA, fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%,
20%, 15% and 10% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. ECO Master Fund, Ltd.
Now holds 9.8879% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. This corresponds to
373,824 voting rights.
All voting rights are held directly.
Further, we have been notified
b. that on September 20, 2007, ECO Management, L.P., address: 320 Park
Avenue, New York, NY 10022, USA, fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%,
20%, 15% and 10% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. ECO Management, L.P.
now holds 9.8879% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. This corresponds to
373,824 voting rights.
All these voting rights are held directly by ECO Master Fund, Ltd. and are
attributed (zugerechnet) to them in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence
1 No. 1 WpHG and also in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6
WpHG.
Further, we have been notified
c. that on September 20, 2007, ECO Management GP, LLC, address: 320 Park
Avenue, New York, NY 10022, USA, fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%,
20%, 15% and 10% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. ECO Management GP, LLC
now holds 9.8879% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. This corresponds to
373,824 voting rights.
All these voting rights are held directly by ECO Master Fund, Ltd. and are
attributed (zugerechnet) to them in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence
1 No. 1 WpHG and also in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence 2 and 3
WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
