Notifications in accordance with §§ 21, 22 WpHG / Kunert AG

We have been notified

A. that on September 20, 2007, Trafalgar Recovery Fund, address: c/o

Goldman Sachs (Cayman) Trust Limited, PO Box 896GT, Harbour Centre, North

Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, fell below the

thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15% and 10% of the voting rights in Kunert AG.

Trafalgar Recovery Fund now holds 6.701% of the voting rights in Kunert AG.

This corresponds to 253,334 voting rights.

186,455 voting rights (4.9318%) they hold directly. The remaining 66,879

voting rights (1.7690%) are held directly by Trafalgar Discovery Fund and

are attributed (zugerechnet) to them in accordance with § 22 para. 2

sentence 1 WpHG.

Further, we have been notified

B. that on September 20, 2007, Trafalgar Discovery Fund, address: c/o

Walkers SPV Limited, Walker House, Mary Street, PO Box 908GT, George Town,

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, fell below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%,

15% and 10% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. Trafalgar Discovery Fund now

holds 6.701% of the voting rights in Kunert AG. This corresponds to 253,334

voting rights.

66,879 voting rights (1.7690%) they hold directly. The remaining 186,455

voting rights (4.9318%) are held directly by Trafalgar Recovery Fund and

are attributed (zugerechnet) to them in accordance with § 22 para. 2

sentence 1 WpHG.

Further, we have been notified

C. that on September 20, 2007, Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited, address:

66 Chiltern Street, London W1U 4JT, Great Britain, fell below the

thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15% and 10% of the voting rights in Kunert AG.

Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited now holds 6.701% of the voting rights in

Kunert AG. This corresponds to 253,334 voting rights.

All these voting rights are held by Trafalgar Recovery Fund and Trafalgar

Discovery Fund, which are both under their discretionary management, as

disclosed under sections A and B above and are attributed to them in

accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
