| Current Report No. 21/2026 Subject: Shareholder's notification regarding a change in the percentage of total voting rights in the Company Legal basis: Article 70 item 1 of the Act on Public Offering – acquisition or disposal of a significant block of shares The Management Board of 11 bit studios S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby announces that it has received from the Company's shareholder, Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund (Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny), represented by Nationale-Nederlanden PTE S.A., a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Polish Act on Public Offering dated 29 July 2005, concerning a change in the percentage of total voting rights held in the Company. The full text of the received notification is attached to this current report. Detailed legal basis: Article 70 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies. This English language translation has been prepared solely for the convenience of English speaking readers.
