| Zarząd Banku Millennium S.A. [Bank] informuje, iż powziął wiadomość o dokonaniu w dniu 29 maja 2024 r. przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, rejestracji zmian Statutu Banku, uchwalonych uchwałą nr 32 [Uchwała] Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Banku z 27 marca 2024 r. Treść Uchwały Bank opublikował raportem bieżącym nr 8/2024 z dnia 27 marca 2024 r. Załącznik nr 1 do niniejszego raportu bieżącego, wskazuje zarejestrowane przez Sąd zmiany Statutu Banku. Załącznik nr 2 do niniejszego raportu bieżącego, zawiera brzmienie, po zmianach, Paragrafu 5 ust. 1 - 2 [z indeksem 1] oraz Paragrafu 6 Statutu. Załącznik nr 3 do niniejszego raportu bieżącego, zawiera brzmienie, przed zmianami, Paragrafu 5 ust. 1 – 2 oraz Paragrafu 6 Statutu. | 29 May 2024 Current Report No. 18/2024 Subject: Registration by the Court of changes of Articles of Association of Bank Millennium S.A. adopted by Bank’s General Meeting on March 27, 2024 in resolution no. 32 The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] informs that it learned that on 29th May 2024 the Regional Court for Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Business Department of the National Court Register registered the changes of the Bank’s Articles of Association adopted in resolution no. 32 [Resolution] of the Bank’s Ordinary General Meeting of 27 March 2024. The Bank published the text of the Resolution in current report No. 8/2024 of March 27, 2024. Appendix No. 1 to this current report indicates the amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association registered by the Court. Appendix No. 2 to this current report contains the wording, after amendments, of Paragraph 5 sections 1 - 2 [with index 1] and Paragraph 6 of the Articles of Association. Appendix No. 3 to this current report contains the wording, before amendments, of Paragraph 5 sections 1 – 2 and Paragraph 6 of the Articles of Association. Legal basis: Par. 5 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities as well as conditions to be met when recognising as equivalent the information disclosed under laws of a state which is not a member state. | |||
