We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on

10/10/2007 our voting interest in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft went below

the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.87% (equivalent to

2,009,292 shares).

2.87% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,009,292 shares) are

attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the

WpHG.
