We hereby provide notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that as of
October 11, 2007, Cycladic Capital LLP, 4 Albermarle St, London W1S 4GA,
has fallen below the 15% threshold and holds 14,81% of the voting rights
(689,971 shares) in the company Euromicron AG, Speicherstraße 1, D-60327
Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
These voting rights are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para.
1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights are held through two funds of which the Cycladic Catalyst
Master Fund holds more than 3%.
