Gesellschaften und genannten Person wurde uns folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. The share of the voting rights of Rasperia Trading Ltd., Renatou

Kartesiou 4, Agios Athanasios, P.C. 4105, Limassol, Cyprus, in HOCHTIEF

Aktiengesellschaft on May 4, 2007 reached the threshold of 3 %. The share

of the voting rights of Rasperia Trading Ltd. as of this date amounted to

3.00 % (voting rights related to 2,100,000 no-par value common shares;

HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft has issued no-par value common shares only).

2. The share of the voting rights of Valtoura Holdings Ltd., Stratigou

Spyrou Stathopoulou 6A, P.C. 3066, Limassol, Cyprus, in HOCHTIEF

Aktiengesellschaft on May 4, 2007 reached the threshold of 3 %. The share

of the voting rights of Valtoura Holdings Ltd. as of this date amounted to

3.00 % (voting rights related to 2,100,000 no-par value common shares). All

such voting rights were directly held by Rasperia Trading Ltd. and

attributable to Valtoura Holdings Ltd. (which controls Rasperia Trading

Ltd.) in accordance with Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

3. The share of the voting rights of Mr. Oleg V. Deripaska, Russia, in

HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft on May 4, 2007 reached the threshold of 3 %.

The share of the voting rights of Mr. Deripaska as of this date amounted to

3.00 % (voting rights related to 2,100,000 no-par value common shares). All

such voting rights were directly held by Rasperia Trading Ltd. and

attributable to Mr. Deripaska via Valtoura Holdings Ltd. (which is

controlled by Mr. Deripaska) in accordance with Section 22 (1) sentence 1

no. 1 WpHG.
