Gemini Grupe UAB, number of shares 27.754.000, number of votes 27.754.000; share of votes in the total number of votes at the AGM - 84,43%, 49,97% of the total number of votes, 2. Piotr Gamracy, number of shares 5.118.556, number of votes 5.118.556; participation in the total number of votes at the AGM - 15,57%, 9,22% of the total number of votes.
