The Management of SERINUS ENERGY Limited (“Serinus” or the “Company”) announces that, in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the Company's shares by Xtellus Capital Partners, Inc., the Company has today submitted an application to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) for the delisting of Serinus shares from trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
