| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w opublikowanym przez Spółkę w dniu 7 listopada 2023 roku raporcie kwartalnym za III kwartał 2023 roku wystąpiła pomyłka w danych wykazanych w sekcji „Akcje Arctic Paper S.A. lub uprawnienia do nich w posiadaniu osób zarządzających i nadzorujących Spółkę”. W zamieszczonej sekcji omyłkowo nie zostały wykazane akcje będące w posiadaniu Członków Zarządu Prezesa Zarządu Pana Michała Jarczyńskiego oraz Wiceprezesa Zarządu Pana Toma Fabiana Langenskiöld. Prawidłowa liczba akcji będących w posiadaniu wymienionych powyżej Członków Zarządu wynosi: - Prezes Zarządu Pan Michał Jarczyński - 5.572 akcji, - Wiceprezes Zarządu Pan Tom Fabian Langenskiöld - 900 akcji. Zarząd informuje, że pozostałe dane zawarte w raporcie kwartalnym nie uległy zmianie. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym tj. 15 grudnia 2023 roku, przekaże do publicznej wiadomości skorygowany skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2023 roku. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: § 15 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | ||||||||||||

| Current report number 20/2023 Date: 15th December 2023 Subject: Correction of consolidated quarterly report 3Q 2023 General legal basis: Offering Act, article 56, clause 1, item 2 – current and periodic information Content: Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the "Company") informs that in the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 published by the Company on November 7, 2023, there was an error in the data shown in section the "Shares of Arctic Paper S.A." or rights to them in the possession of persons managing and supervising the Company”. The section provided by mistake did not include shares held by President of the Management Board, Mr. Michał Jarczyński, and Member of the Management Board, Mr. Tom Fabian Langenskiöld. The correct number of shares held by the above-mentioned Members of the Management Board is: - President of the Management Board, Mr. Michał Jarczyński - 5,572 shares, - Member of the Management Board, Mr. Tom Fabian Langenskiöld - 900 shares. The Management Board informs that the remaining data included in the quarterly report have not changed. At the same time, the Company informs that today, i.e. December 15, 2023, it will publish corrected consolidated report for the third quarter of 2023. Specific legal basis: §15 section 4 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditions on which information required under law applicable in a state not being a member state may be recognised as equivalent. | |||
