n? 102, 28036 Madrid, Spanien, hat uns am 25. April 2007 gemäß § 25 Abs. 1
Satz 1 WpHG folgendes mitgeteilt:
On 19 April 2007, ACS indirectly held a financial instrument that grants
the right to acquire shares in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2,
D-45128 Essen, which carry 25.08% of the voting rights (17,554,000 voting
rights). Had ACS acquired these shares, ACS would therefore have exceeded
the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% of the voting rights in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft. With exercising the financial instrument on 24
April 2007 the amount of the voting rights acquirable with the financial
instrument by ACS fell below the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5%
and amounted to 0%. The financial instrument is held indirectly through
ACS' subsidiary CARIÁTIDE S.A. ('Cariátide'), registered office Avda. Pío
XII n? 102, 28036 Madrid, Spain.
