following with regard to MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG:

Grande Duchesse Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg, fell below the thresholds of
10 %, 5 % and 3 % of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG
and held 0.00 % of the voting rights (0 votes).
2. Through the aforementioned transaction, each of the following entities
associated with Corsair Investments (Luxembourg) S.? r.l. also fell below
the thresholds of 10 %, 5 % and 3 % of voting rights in MPC Münchmeyer
Petersen Capital AG on 30 May 2007 and held 0.00 % of the voting rights (0
votes), since the voting rights held by Corsair Investments (Luxembourg)
S.? r.l. and previously attributed to each of the entities pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG now amount to 0.00 % (0 votes):
