(hereinafter referred to as: “the Company,” “the Issuer”) announces that on April 20, 2026, Damian Jasica, a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, resigned from his positions on the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee, effective as of the date of his resignation.
