| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego 4/2026 Zarząd Spółki Energa SA („Emitent”) informuje, że 12 marca 2026 roku Energa Obrót SA („Spółka zależna”) otrzymała od Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki („Prezes URE”) decyzję administracyjną o obowiązku przekazania przez Spółkę zależną na rachunek Funduszu Wypłaty Różnicy Ceny kwoty w wysokości 550,9 mln zł, w terminie 30 dni od dnia doręczenia decyzji wraz z odsetkami ustawowymi liczonymi od dnia otrzymania decyzji. Uwzględniając postanowienia zawarte w powyższej decyzji Prezesa URE oraz działając zgodnie z MSR 37, Emitent zidentyfikował konieczność utworzenia w IV kwartale 2025 r. rezerwy w wysokości 550,9 mln zł. Wysokość rezerwy może ulec zmianie, a jej ostateczna wartość zostanie zaprezentowana w raporcie okresowym Emitenta za 2025 rok. | Current Report No. 11/2026 Date: 12 March 2026 Subject: Issuance of an administrative decision by the ERO President regarding the Price Difference Fund Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR – inside information In reference to current report 4/2026, the Management Board of Energa SA (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that, on 12 March 2026, the Company Energa Obrót SA (“Subsidiary”) received from the President of the Energy Regulatory Office ("ERO President") an administrative decision on the obligation to transfer to the Price Difference Fund PLN 550.9 million within 30 days of the date of delivery thereof, plus statutory interest calculated from the date of receipt of the Decision. Taking into account the provisions of the above decision of the President of the ERO and acting in accordance with the requirements of IAS 37 the Issueer has identified the need to recognize in Q4 2025 reserves amounting to PLN 550.9 million. The amount of the provision may change, and its final value will be presented in the Issuer's periodic report for 2025. The Subsidiary is entitled to file an appeal with the relevant court against the ERO President's Decision. | |||
