| Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY Limited („Spółka”, „Serinus”) informuje, że w dniu 27 lutego 2026 r., w związku ze złożonym w dniu 18 czerwca 2025 r. do Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego („KNF”) wnioskiem o delisting (raport bieżący 33/2025), Spółka otrzymała datowaną na 24 lutego 2026 r. zgodę KNF („Decyzja KNF”) na wycofanie akcji Serinus z obrotu na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie („GPW”). W Decyzji KNF wskazano dzień 10 marca 2026 r., po upływie którego następuje wycofanie z obrotu na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez GPW 7 862 994 akcji Serinus. Decyzja KNF jest ostateczna. Ponadto Spółki informuje, że w dniu 27 lutego 2026 r. złoży do GPW wniosek o wycofanie z obrotu giełdowego wszystkich akcji Serinus objętych Decyzją KNF. Z dniem 10 marca 2026 Spółka utraci status emitenta papierów wartościowych dopuszczonych do obrotu na rynku regulowanym i zaprzestanie publikacji raportów bieżących i okresowych. | ||||||||||||

| Current Report No: 1/2026 Title: Polish Financial Supervision Authority consent for the delisting of Serinus shares from trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange Legal basis: Article 56, Section 1, Item 2 Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information Content: The Management of SERINUS ENERGY Limited (“Serinus” or the “Company”) announces that on 27 February 2026, in connection with the application for delisting submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (the “KNF”) on 18 June 2025, the Company received the KNF’s consent dated 24 February 2026 (the “KNF Decision”) for the withdrawal of the Company’s shares from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”). The KNF Decision specifies 10 March 2026 as the date after which 7 862 994 shares of Serinus will be withdrawn from trading on the regulated market operated by the WSE. The KNF Decision is final. Furthermore, the Company informs that on 27 February 2026 it will submit to the WSE an application for the withdrawal from trading of all shares covered by the KNF Decision. As of 10 March 2026, the Company will lose its status as an issuer of securities admitted to trading on a regulated market and will cease publishing current and periodic reports. | |||
