| Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2026 roku: 1. Jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2025 – 28 kwietnia 2026 r., 2. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2026 r. – 28 maja 2026 r., 3. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2026 r. – 29 września 2026 r., 4. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2026 r. – 26 listopada 2026 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki oświadcza, że zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 755), („Rozporządzenie”), Spółka nie będzie publikować odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą obejmowały kwartalną informację finansową zawierającą informacje określone w § 68 ust. 1–4, ust. 5 zdanie pierwsze oraz ust. 9 Rozporządzenia. Ponadto Zarząd Spółki informuje, że Spółka nie będzie publikować skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II i IV kwartał roku obrotowego zgodnie z regulacją § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia. Spółka nie będzie publikować również odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego zgodnie z § 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Szczegółowa podstawa prawna: § 84 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | ||||||||||||

| Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 Current Report No.: 9/2026 Date: 30.01.2026 r. Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby discloses the dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2026: 1. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025 – April 28, 2026, 2. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – May 28, 2026, 3. Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2026 – September 29, 2026, 4. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – November 26, 2026. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company declares that, pursuant to § 63(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 755), (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish separate unconsolidated quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information containing the information specified in § 68(1)-(4), (5) first sentence, and (9) of the Regulation. Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the second and fourth quarters of the financial year in accordance with § 83(2) of the Regulation. The Company will also not publish a separate unconsolidated half-yearly report in accordance with § 63(3) of the Regulation. Detailed legal basis: § 84(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. | |||
