| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2025 z dnia 24 stycznia 2025 r., w którym Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”; „Emitent”) informowała o zawarciu istotnej Umowy („Umowa”) z amerykańskim centrum diagnostycznym (ang. IDTF, „Partner”) oraz raportu bieżącego nr 18/2025 z dnia 22 lipca 2025 r., w którym Spółka informowała o akceptacji oprogramowania EKG przez Partnera przewidzianej w Umowie i rozpoczęciu korzystania z DeepRhythmPlatform (DRP) do analizy komercyjnych badań, Zarząd Spółki Medicalgorithmics S.A. informuje, że z dniem 24 września br. Partner zwiększył o 118% dzienną liczbę komercyjnych badań analizowanych z wykorzystaniem wiodącego oprogramowania DeepRhythmPlatform (DRP) z algorytmami sztucznej inteligencji DeepRhythmAI (DRAI). Oznacza to, że Spółka już we wrześniu br. przekroczy gwarantowane minimalne miesięczne wynagrodzenie za analizowane sesje, a przychody z tytułu Umowy z Partnerem będą rosły szybciej niż pierwotne założenia Spółki. Jak informowała Spółka w raporcie bieżącym nr 2/2025 gwarantowane minimalne miesięczne wynagrodzenie za analizowane sesje wynosi 60,8 tys. USD (ok. 219,2 tys. PLN według kursu NBP z dnia 23 września 2025 r.) Jednocześnie Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. informuje, że w związku z planowanym przez Partnera dalszym zwiększaniem dziennej liczby komercyjnych badań analizowanych z wykorzystaniem wiodącego oprogramowania DRP z DRAI szacuje, że w IV kwartale 2025 r. miesięczne wynagrodzenie za analizowane sesje przekroczy 300 tys. USD (ok. 1,1 mln PLN według kursu NBP z dnia 23 września 2025 r.), znacząco przekraczając gwarantowane minimalne miesięczne wynagrodzenie z tego tytułu. | ||||||||||||

Date of preparation: 24 September 2025 Report content: With reference to current report No. 2/2025 dated January 24, 2025, in which Medicalgorithmics S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company"; "Issuer"), informed about the conclusion of a significant agreement ("Agreement") with a U.S.-based diagnostic center (IDTF, the "Partner"), and current report No. 18/2025 dated July 22, 2025, in which the Company informed the Partner’s acceptance of the ECG software as provided in the Agreement and the commencement of use of the DeepRhythmPlatform (DRP) for the analysis of ECG studies, The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. announces that, as of September 24 of this year, the Partner has increased the daily number of ECG studies analyzed using the leading DeepRhythmPlatform (DRP) software with DeepRhythmAI (DRAI) artificial intelligence algorithms by 118%. As a result, the Company will already exceed the guaranteed minimum monthly compensation for analyzed ECG studies in September of this year, and revenue under the Agreement with the Partner will grow faster than initially anticipated by the Company. As reported by the Company in Current Report No. 2/2025, the guaranteed minimum monthly compensation for analyzed sessions amounts to USD 60.8 thousand (approx. PLN 219.2 thousand according to the NBP exchange rate as of September 23, 2025) At the same time, the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. informs that, due to the Partner’s plans to further increase the daily number of ECG studies analyzed using the leading DRP software with DRAI, it estimates that in Q4 2025, the monthly compensation for analyzed ECG studies will exceed USD 300 thousand (approx. PLN 1.1 million according to the NBP exchange rate as of September 23, 2025), significantly surpassing the guaranteed minimum monthly compensation. | |||
