| Zarząd Banku Handlowego w Warszawie S.A. („Bank”) informuje, iż w dniu 18 kwietnia 2024 r. otrzymał informację o wysokości ustalonej dla Banku składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji banków należnej za 2024 r. Wysokość ustalonej przez Radę Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego dla Banku składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji banków należnej za 2024 r., z uwzględnieniem wysokości korekty składek za lata 2019-2023, wynosi 89 850 469,04 zł. Cała kwota tej składki zostanie zaksięgowana przez Bank w ciężar kosztów pierwszego kwartału 2024 roku. | ||||||||||||

| Current Report No. 11/2024 Re: Information on the amount of contribution to the compulsory resolution fund determined by the Bank Guarantee Fund’s Council for 2024 Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR) In connection with the information received on April 18, 2024 from the Bank Guarantee Fund, the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces that the amount of the annual contribution determined by the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund for the Bank for the compulsory bank resolution fund for 2024 combined with an adjustment for the 2019-2023 fee amounts to PLN 89,850,469.04. The total amount of the fee will be booked by the Bank in Q1, 2024. | |||
