| Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o terminach publikacji raportów okresowych w 2024 roku: Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: - za IV kw. 2023 roku - 29 lutego 2024 r. - za I kw. 2024 roku - 9 maja 2024 r. - za III kw. 2024 roku - 7 listopada 2024 r. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny: - za I półrocze 2024 roku - 8 sierpnia 2024 r. Skonsolidowany raport roczny: - Skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2023 rok - 28 marca 2024 r. Rada Dyrektorów informuje, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), Spółka rezygnuje z publikacji skonsolidowanego raportu za II kwartał 2024 roku. Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że będzie publikowała skonsolidowane raporty okresowe i - jako emitent z siedzibą w państwie innym niż Rzeczpospolita Polska - nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów okresowych. | ||||||||||||

| Title: Dates of publication of periodic reports and information on submitting consolidated periodic reports in the financial year 2024. Legal basis: Art. 56 item 1 section 2 Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information. Message: Consolidated quarterly reports: Consolidated semi-annual report: Consolidated annual report: The Board of Directors informs that according to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance from March 29th, 2018 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required by the law of a non-member country as equal ("the Regulation") the Company resigns from the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2024. At the same time, according to § 60(3) of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will publish consolidated periodic reports and - as an issuer with registered office in a country other than the Republic of Poland - the Company will not publish individual periodic reports. | |||
