| Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym zawarte zostały umowy pomiędzy spółką zależną Emitenta – InvestCapital Ltd. z siedzibą na Malcie (Nabywca) a podmiotami z Grupy CaixaBank z siedzibą w Hiszpanii (Umowy, Sprzedający). Przedmiotem Umów jest nabycie przez InvestCapital Ltd. od Sprzedających portfeli niezabezpieczonych wierzytelności detalicznych o łącznej wartości nominalnej ok. 315 mln EUR (1,4 mld zł wg kursu średniego NBP z dnia 21 lipca 2023 roku). Warunki Umów nie odbiegają od warunków powszechnie stosowanych w tego typu umowach. | ||||||||||||

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR – Inside information Text of the report: The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today the Company’s subsidiary InvestCapital Ltd. of Malta (the Buyer) has signed agreements with the CaixaBank Group of Spain (Agreements, the Sellers). Under the Agreements, InvestCapital Ltd. purchased from the Sellers unsecured retail debt portfolios with outstanding balance of approx. EUR 315m (PLN 1.4bn at the mid exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for July 21st 2023). Terms and conditions of the Agreements do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type. | |||
