Veröffentlichung einer Mitteilung nach § 26 WpHG
Gartmore Investment Ltd mit Sitz in London, United Kingdom, hat unserer
Gesellschaft am 1. Oktober 2007 folgende Mitteilung gemacht:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
28/09/2007 our voting interest in Pfleiderer AG went above the threshold of
5% and on that day amounted to 5.027% (equivalent to 2,680,512 shares).
5.027% of the voting rights (equivalent to 2,680,512 shares) are
attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.
