| Zarząd Banku Millennium S.A. [Bank] informuje, iż na stronie internetowej Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego w dniu 8 maja 2026 r. opublikowany został Komunikat o zgodzie na pełnienie przez Pana Marcina Dubno stanowiska członka zarządu nadzorującego zarządzanie ryzykiem istotnym w działalności Banku Millennium. Udzielenie powyższej zgody przez Komisję stanowiło warunek powołania Pana Marcina Dubno w skład Zarządu Banku obecnej kadencji z dniem 1 czerwca 2026 r., o czym Bank informował raportem bieżącym nr 12/2026 z dnia 24 kwietnia 2026 r. Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 6 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | ||||||||||||

Date: 8 May 2026 Current report no. 14/2026 SUBJECT: The Polish Financial Supervision Authority's consent to Mr. Marcin Dubno taking up the position of a member of the Management Board supervising the management of material risk in the Bank's operations. The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] announces that on the website of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 8 May 2026 a Communication on consent for Mr. Marcin Dubno to hold the position of a member of the Management Board supervising the management of material risk in Bank Millennium's operations has been published. The granting of the above consent by the Commission was a condition for the appointment of Mr. Marcin Dubno to the Management Board of the Bank for the current term of office as of 1 June 2026, which the Bank informed about in current report no. 12/2026 of 24 April 2026. Legal basis: § 5 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state. | |||
