| Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (GPW) uchwałą nr 559/2026 z dnia 15 kwietnia 2026 r. stwierdził dopuszczenie i postanowił wprowadzić z dniem 21 kwietnia 2026 r. do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 51.052 akcje zwykłe na okaziciela serii H Emitenta (Akcje) o wartości nominalnej 1,00 zł każda, oznaczonych przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (KDPW) kodem PLKRK0000861. Zgodnie z przywołaną uchwałą Zarządu GPW wprowadzenie Akcji do obrotu nastąpi pod warunkiem dokonania przez KDPW w dniu 21 kwietnia 2026 r. asymilacji tych Akcji z akcjami Emitenta będącymi w obrocie giełdowym, oznaczonymi kodem PLKRK0000010. (the Company or the Issuer) announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the WSE), by way of its Resolution No. 559/2026 of April 15th, 2026, declared the admission of, and resolved to introduce – as of April 21st, 2026 – to exchange trading on the main market of the WSE, 51,052 Series H ordinary bearer shares in the Issuer (the Shares) with a par value of PLN 1.00 per Share, to which the Central Securities Depository of Poland (the CSDP) assigned ISIN code PLKRK0000861. Pursuant to the resolution of the WSE Management Board, the introduction of the Shares to trading will take place on condition that, on April 21st, 2026, the Shares are assimilated by the CSDP with the Issuer shares already traded on the stock exchange, assigned ISIN code PLKRK0000010.
