| Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["Spółka", „JSW”] w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 32/2025 i 116/2025 informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym Spółka otrzymała zawiadomienie Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych [„ZUS”] o wyrażeniu zgody na rozłożenie na raty należności z tytułu składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne, zdrowotne, FP, FGŚP i FEP. ZUS po przeanalizowaniu sytuacji finansowej Spółki, wyraził zgodę na rozłożenie na raty należności z tytułu składek za okres: - 11.2025 r. w wysokości 70% należności, - za 12.2025 r. i kolejne okresy, tj. do 06.2026 r. w wysokości 50% należności. Szacowana miesięczna kwota składek należnych ZUS wynosi około 100 mln PLN. Warunkiem realizacji ulg będzie terminowe regulowanie zobowiązań, tj. 50% należności za okresy od 01.2026 r. do 06.2026 r., składek bieżących od 07.2026 r. w pełnej wysokości i rat zgodnie z zawartymi umowami o rozłożenie na raty należności z tytułu składek za okres od stycznia do czerwca 2026 r. i złożenie deklaracji rozliczeniowych ZUS DRA. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: Notification from the Social Insurance Institution regarding consent to pay social security, health insurance, FP, FGŚP and FEP contributions in installments. Body of the report: With reference to Current Reports Nos. 32/2025 and 116/2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW”] hereby reports that today the Company received a notification from the Social Insurance Institution ["ZUS"] regarding its consent to pay social security, health insurance, FP, FGŚP and FEP contributions in installments. After reviewing the Company’s financial position, the Social Insurance Institution has approved installment payments for the following contributions: - for November 2025 - at 70% of the amount due, - for December 2025 and subsequent periods, i.e. until June 2026 - at 50% of the amount due. The estimated monthly amount of the contributions due to ZUS is approximately PLN 100 million. The rebates will be granted subject to timely payment of obligations, i.e. 50% of the amounts due for periods from January 2026 to June 2026, full current contributions from July 2026, and installments under the concluded agreements to make installment-based contribution payments from January to June 2026, provided that ZUS DRA declarations are filed.
