| Podstawa prawna: Art. 3 i 4 luksemburskiej ustawy o obowiązku przejrzystości z 11 stycznia 2008 r. (z późn. zm.) Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu („Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 2/2026 z dnia 15 stycznia 2026 r., niniejszym informuje o zmianie (przyspieszeniu) wybranych dat publikacji informacji finansowych w 2026 roku. Zmiana dotyczy publikacji wybranych historycznych skonsolidowanych informacji finansowych oraz aktualizacji biznesowych (prezentacja i informacja prasowa) za pierwszy oraz trzeci kwartał 2026 roku. Zaktualizowany harmonogram publikacji dla tych okresów przedstawia się następująco: - dokumenty zawierające dane za okres 3 miesięcy zakończony 31 marca 2026 roku - zostaną opublikowane przed rozpoczęciem sesji giełdowej w dniu 14 maja 2026 roku (zamiast pierwotnie planowanego 21 maja 2026 roku); - dokumenty zawierające dane za okresy 3 i 9 miesięcy zakończone 30 września 2026 roku - zostaną opublikowane przed rozpoczęciem sesji giełdowej w dniu 12 listopada 2026 roku (zamiast pierwotnie planowanego 19 listopada 2026 roku). Pozostałe daty publikacji raportów okresowych wskazane w raporcie bieżącym nr 2/2026, tj. raportu rocznego za 2025 rok (12 marca 2026 r.) oraz skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za 2026 rok (17 września 2026 r.), pozostają bez zmian. Spółka podtrzymuje, że zgodnie z praktyką spółek luksemburskich nie będzie publikować pełnych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za Q1 i Q3 2026 roku, ani osobnych raportów za IV kwartał 2025 roku i II kwartał 2026 roku. | Current Report No. 5/2026 Date: 5 February 2026 Title: Update on the dates of publication of selected financial information and business updates in the calendar year 2026 Legal basis: Art. 3 and 4 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on Transparency Requirements as amended The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company"), with reference to current report No. 2/2026 dated 15 January 2026, hereby announces a change (acceleration) of selected publication dates for financial information in 2026. The change concerns the publication of selected historical consolidated financial information and business updates (presentation and supporting press release) for the first and third quarters of 2026. The updated publication schedule for these periods is as follows: - documents including the data for the 3 months ended 31 March 2026 – will be published before the start of trading on 14 May 2026 (instead of the originally planned 21 May 2026); - documents including the data for the 3- and 9- month periods ended 30 September 2026 – will be published before the start of trading on 12 November 2026 (instead of the originally planned 19 November 2026). Other publication dates of periodic reports indicated in current report No. 2/2026, i.e., the annual report for 2025 (12 March 2026) and the consolidated semi-annual report for 2026 (17 September 2026), remain unchanged. The Company reiterates that, in line with the practice of Luxembourg companies, it will not publish full consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2026, nor separate reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026.
