Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) ) notifies that on June 13, 2024 the Company sold 49 984 (forty nine thousand nine hundred eighty four) repurchased own shares representing 0.027% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 298 002,32 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 5,97.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 155 298 representing 7,90% of the share capital of the Company.
