Zarząd XTB S.A. („Emitent”, „Spółka”, „XTB”) informuje, iż w dniu 29 kwietnia 2024 roku, w związku z zakończeniem procesu agregacji danych finansowych realizowanego na potrzeby przygotowania skróconego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta za I kwartał 2024 roku, podjęta została decyzja o przekazaniu do publicznej wiadomości wstępnych, skonsolidowanych, wybranych danych finansowych oraz operacyjnych za ww. okres, które Emitent przekazuje w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

Emitent informuje przy tym, iż ostateczne wyniki finansowe oraz operacyjne za I kwartał 2024 roku zostaną przekazane w rozszerzonym skonsolidowanym raporcie Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta za I kwartał 2024 roku, którego publikacja została przewidziana na 9 maja 2024 roku.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of the XTB S.A. (the “Issuer”, the ”Company”, “XTB”) hereby announces that on 29 April 2024, the process of aggregation of financial data for the purpose of preparing the condensed consolidated financial statements of the Issuer’s Group for the I quarter of 2024 was completed. Therefore, it has been decided to publish the preliminary consolidated selected financial and operating data for the above mentioned period, which the Issuer submits as an attachment to the above mentioned current report.

The Issuer also announces that the final financial and operating results for the I quarter of 2024 will be presented in the extended consolidated report of the Issuer’s Group for the I quarter of 2024, publication of which was scheduled for 9 May 2024.
