| mBank S.A. informuje, że w dniu 26 kwietnia 2024 roku Komisja ds. Wynagrodzeń i Nominacji zarekomendowała Radzie Nadzorczej kandydaturę Pana Cezarego Kocika na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu mBanku S.A. Rada Nadzorcza przyjęła rekomendację Komisji. Powołanie Pana Cezarego Kocika na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu mBanku S.A. przez Radę Nadzorczą jest uwarunkowane pozytywną oceną odpowiedniości kandydata oraz zgodą Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego. Nowy Prezes Zarządu obejmie stanowisko po zakończeniu pełnienia funkcji przez obecnego Prezesa Zarządu – Pana Cezarego Stypułkowskiego. Ww. decyzja jest wynikiem procesu sukcesji i wyboru kandydata na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu przeprowadzonego przez Komisję ds. Wynagrodzeń i Nominacji przy udziale całej Rady Nadzorczej. Cezary Kocik jest związany z Grupą mBanku od 2004 roku. Doświadczenie zdobywał w bankowości korporacyjnej i inwestycyjnej oraz detalicznej, a także w obszarze ryzyka. Od 2012 roku pełni funkcję wiceprezesa zarządu ds. bankowości detalicznej w mBanku SA. | ||||||||||||

| Recommendation of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board regarding a candidate for President of the Management Board of mBank S.A. mBank S.A. announces that on 26 April 2024, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee recommended to the Supervisory Board Cezary Kocik as a candidate for President of the Management Board of mBank S.A. The Supervisory Board accepted the Committee’s recommendation. The appointment of Cezary Kocik as President of the Management Board of mBank S.A. by the Supervisory Board is subject to a positive outcome of the suitability assessment and consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The new President of the Management Board will take over after the current President of the Management Board, Cezary Stypułkowski, steps down. The above decision was made as a result of the process of succession and selection of a candidate for the position of President of the Management Board conducted by the Remuneration and Nomination Committee in cooperation with the whole Supervisory Board. Cezary Kocik joined mBank Group in 2004. He has gained experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail Banking, and Risk. He has served as Vice-President of the Management Board, Head of Retail Banking at mBank S.A. since 2012. | |||
