| Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym została zawarta umowa pomiędzy Emitentem i PKN Orlen S.A. z siedzibą w Płocku ("Klient"), która stanowi kontynuację współpracy, o której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 4/2020 z dnia 14 lutego 2020 r. Umowa określa warunki handlowe i budżetowe na utrzymanie i rozbudowę systemu DataWalk wdrożonego uprzednio u Klienta. Zarząd uznał fakt zawarcia umowy za informację poufną ponieważ rozszerzenie współpracy może mieć pozytywny wpływ na pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta, co może przekładać się w przyszłości na sytuację finansową oraz perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapitałowej. The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company", “Issuer"), registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today it concluded an agreement with PKN Orlen S.A. registered in Płock, Poland, which is a continuation of the cooperation which the Company reported February 14, 2020 (report No. 4/2020). The contract covers the conditions for further maintenance and expansion of the DataWalk system previously implemented. The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that conclusion of the contract is confidential information because the extension of cooperation may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group. | |
