Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine the release of IMC S.A. and its subsidiaries Annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021 was delayed. This led to a delay of the release of IMC S.A. and its subsidiaries Condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the three months ended 31 March 2022. The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. forecasts the release of both of the above-mentioned reports by the end of May 2022.
