| The Rating Agency Fitch Ratings upgraded UniCredit SpA’s Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (‘IDR’) to ‘BBB’ from ‘BBB-’. The outlook was affirmed at stable. The Short-Term Rating and the Viability Rating (i.e., standalone rating), have been upgraded to ‘F2’ from ‘F3’ and to ‘bbb’ from ‘bbb-’, respectively. Instruments ratings have been updated in line with the rating action, with the Senior Non Preferred rating now at ‘BBB-’.
