Sofia, Bulgaria, June 09, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 08, 2026 the Company sold 21 000 (twenty-one thousand) treasury shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 39 725.01 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.89.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 8 455 300 representing 1.57% of the share capital of the Company.
