| Zarząd spółki PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. („PGE”, „Spółka”) informuje, że 3 czerwca 2026 r. Rada Nadzorcza PGE podjęła uchwałę o powołaniu p. Piotra Dziubałtowskiego w skład Zarządu XII kadencji od 8 czerwca 2026 r. i powierzeniu mu funkcji Wiceprezesa Zarządu ds. Wsparcia i Rozwoju. Pozostałe informacje, wymagane zgodnie z § 11 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2026 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. 2025 poz. 755), Spółka przekazuje w załączeniu. | Appointment of the Vice-President for Support and Development The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company", "PGE") discloses that on June 3, 2026 the Supervisory Board of PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Piotr Dziubałtowski to the Management Board of the twelfth term of office as from June 8, 2026 and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Support and Development. Other information, required pursuant to § 11 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755), is attached to this report.
