| Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w pierwszym kwartale 2026 r. szacunkowe, nieaudytowane skonsolidowane przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy Kapitałowej Medicalgorithmics wyniosły łącznie 10 194 tys. zł, w tym 4 678 tys. zł na rynku USA, zaś liczba sesji, tj. analiz EKG wykonanych z użyciem systemów Spółki osiągnęła poziom 112 058 sesji. Wstępny, szacowany wynik EBITDA (wynik na działalności operacyjnej powiększony o amortyzację) w przedmiotowym okresie wyniósł 1 006 tys. zł. Dla porównania, w pierwszym kwartale poprzedniego roku kalendarzowego wartości te wynosiły odpowiednio: 6 769 tys. zł przychodów ze sprzedaży, w tym 2 280 tys. zł na rynku USA, zaś liczba sesji wyniosła 91 780; wynik EBITDA w tym okresie był ujemny i wyniósł -3 100 tys. zł. Zarząd Spółki pragnie podkreślić, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane szacunkowe, które mogą ulec zmianie w wyniku dalszych prac sprawozdawczych. Ostateczne informacje dotyczące skonsolidowanych przychodów ze sprzedaży osiągniętych w pierwszym kwartale 2026 r., w tym na rynku USA, liczby sesji zrealizowanych przez Spółkę w tym okresie, a także wyniku EBITDA zostaną zaprezentowane w śródrocznym skróconym skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym Grupy Kapitałowej Medicalgorithmics za I kwartał 2026 roku. Zarząd Spółki informuje również, że podjął decyzję o przekazywaniu analogicznych danych szacunkowych bezpośrednio po zakończeniu każdego kolejnego kwartału – niezwłocznie po ich sporządzeniu, jednak nie później niż do połowy miesiąca następującego po zakończeniu danego kwartału roku kalendarzowego. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: PLN 10.2 million in sales revenue (+51% YoY) and positive EBITDA – selected estimated financial data of the Medicalgorithmics Capital Group for Q1 2026 Current Report No.: 11/2026 Date of preparation: 9 April 2026 Legal basis: Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation – inside information Medicalgorithmics S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”, the “Issuer”), hereby announces that in the first quarter of 2026, the estimated, unaudited consolidated sales revenue of the Medicalgorithmics Capital Group amounted to a total of PLN 10,194 thousand, including PLN 4,678 thousand generated in the U.S. market, while the number of sessions, i.e. ECG analyses performed using the Company’s systems reached 112,058 sessions. The preliminary estimated EBITDA (operating result increased by depreciation and amortization) for this period amounted to PLN 1,006 thousand. For comparison, in the first quarter of the previous calendar year, these figures were as follows: sales revenue of PLN 6,769 thousand, including PLN 2,280 thousand in the U.S. market; the number of sessions reached 91,780; EBITDA for that period was negative and amounted to PLN -3,100 thousand. The Management Board emphasizes that this report contains estimated data that may change as a result of further financial reporting procedures. Final information regarding the consolidated sales revenue achieved in Q1 2026, including in the U.S. market, the number of sessions completed by the Company in this period, and EBITDA will be presented in the interim condensed consolidated financial statements of the Medicalgorithmics Capital Group for Q1 2026. The Management Board also announces that it has decided to publish similar estimated data immediately after the end of each subsequent quarter – as soon as such data is prepared, but no later than by the middle of the month following the end of the given calendar quarter. | |||
